Q: When did Soladine Concessions originate?
A: My business was established in 1998 after attending a food show. I have a degree in Microbiology and have always been interested in food. I have worked for companies like Quaker Oats, PepsiCo/Gatorade/Tropicana and Harlan Bakeries, all of which are commercial food manufacturers.
Q: What type of food do you serve?
A: The type of food is a mix of American and Mexican with a touch of fun food.
Q: Is there any additional information you would like our employees to know?
A: I have attended hundreds of events all over Central Indiana. Events like 500 Festival Parade, Meijer Skyconcert, Indy Pride, IMS and I participate in three fairs: Marion County , Johnson County and Brown County.
