Become a Vendor
The Statehouse Market is a unique opportunity to sell to more than 12,000 state employees, as well as other business professionals in Downtown Indy. We have the unique ability as a market to promote and highlight our vendors via direct email to our employees.
Among our employee favorites are the smattering of food trucks and our fresh produce vendors. Offering hot, delicious lunches, the trucks have a significant social media following, and they draw quite the lunch crowd to the rest of our vendors.
If you’re interested in becoming a food or produce vendor at Statehouse Market, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to apply.
Please review our Statehouse Market Requirements.
Vendors and food trucks must submit the following before selling at the market:
- *Signed Statehouse Market Application
- Provide copy of Registration Application As A Temporary Retail Food Establishment from the Indiana State Board of Health (if applicable)
- Provide a copy of current insurance certificate
- Provide a copy of vehicle insurance
- Pay all applicable fees
*Note: Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot at the market.
Providing Healthy Alternatives
At Statehouse Market, we give preference to vendors and food trucks who utilize Indiana produce and whose menus feature healthy food options.
We like to promote your healthy menu selections to our employees, as well as your vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. If you use local produce or grow some of your own ingredients, we want to know that too.
On your application, please be sure to highlight your healthy, organic, and sustainable options so we can share your commitment to ethical sourcing with our employees. By focusing on your commitment to health, you’re helping Statehouse Market reinforce the State of Indiana’s Invest In Your Health wellness program.
If you’re a food truck interested in teaming up with any of our vendors to source meat or produce, let us know and we’d be happy to connect you.
- Vendors may pay a seasonal rate of $125 or the weekly rate of $10.
- For food trucks requiring only a single space (16’x16’), the weekly fee is $15.
- For food trucks requiring two spaces and/or a trailer pulled behind a van/truck, the weekly fee is $30.
