Twilight Dairy is a family owned and certified organic operation making cheese and yogurt right on the farm where the milk is produced. The cows are 100% grass fed (grain free), rotated to fresh grass twice daily in the grazing season. In inclement weather they have access to shelter.
We started making cheese in our own processing plant in 2011 after doing it at another location for several years. We installed a pasteurizer in 2015, enabling us to add yogurt, fresh cheese curds, and mozzarella to our product line. We believe in using only the finest certified organic ingredients available and do not add any stabilizers to the yogurt, nor any preservatives to any of our products.
